I am so mad at them Cingular right now. Their coverage is great, but their customer service is ridiculously poor. My phone broke (I've only had it a couple months, it's still under warranty), I went to their store, and they wouldn't give me a new phone there. I had to call a 1-800 number, spend over 1/2 an hour on the phone, and now they're going to mail me a new phone. How stupid is that? I'll be cellphoneless for the next few days, better e-mail or IM me if you want to get a hold of me. Grrr....
